Melissa Russell, also known as Melon.R is a Nothern based freelance illustrator who also creates and sells her own prints and products.

 

She has a love for fantasy, mythology and anything magical so often tries to incorporate these themes into her work. More recently she has started to work with stronger themes that she is passionate about, such as mental health, body positivity and deforestation, but with her vibrant approach to her work, it brings light to the issues, giving a fresh perspective without necassarily leaving a bad taste in the mouth.
